REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

We hope you enjoy your new glittery purchases just as much as we do.  All of our items are custom made, we therefore operate a damaged and faulty returns only policy. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept or refund glasses which have been used. 

 

We take great care to ensure your gifts are delivered to you in perfect condition, if you recieve a damaged or faulty order please let us know on the day your recieve the item, you will need to return the item for inspection before recieving a refund or replacement free of charge. 

Please note we are unable to accept any refunds for damaged or faulty items after 7 days from the date of delivery. To prevent this from happening ,if your item is damaged when you recieve it please contact us on the day to arrange a refund or exchange.
